The type IV upholstered armchair was produced by the Spółdzielnia Pracy Wyrobów Meblarskie in Olesno Śląskie, Poland at least in the years 1963 – 1972. The form with modest armrests and a modest backrest may indicate that it was an armchair intended for furnishing public space.
